Terms & Conditions

At Brow Lust we are committed to providing every single client with an exceptional experience from the moment they book to the moment they leave our salon. These terms and conditions exist to protect you, our artists and the integrity of our space. Please take a moment to read through them — we appreciate it more than you know.

Appointments

We are a by appointment only salon and we ask that you respect the time of your artist and the clients booked around you. Our artists run back-to-back appointments all day which means late arrivals can significantly impact not only your service but the experience of others.

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. We recommend arriving a few minutes early so you are settled and ready to go.

  • Late arrivals may not be able to be accommodated and will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. We will always do our best, but we cannot guarantee your full appointment time if you arrive late.

  • Important — Please Read: You may receive automated emails regarding your appointment and deposit from deposits@browlust.com.au.

    Please note this is a no reply email address that is not monitored. Please do not reply to any emails received from this address as your message will not be picked up and we will not receive it. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your appointment or deposit, please contact us directly at hello@browlust.com.au

Please ensure you allow adequate time for your appointment. If you are unsure how long your service takes, please get in touch before booking.

Photography & Client Records

At Brow Lust we take before and after photos at each appointment. These images are taken for internal purposes only and are held securely on file to assist your artist in tracking your brow journey and delivering consistent results at every visit.

Your before and after photos will never be shared, published or used for any purpose outside of your personal client record without your explicit consent.

If you are not comfortable with photos being taken at your appointment, please let your artist know before your service begins and we will absolutely respect your wishes. Your comfort and privacy matter to us always.

Consultation Forms

Every client is sent a consultation form prior to their appointment, and we ask that this is completed before you arrive. This is not optional — it is an essential part of ensuring your safety and the best possible outcome for your service.

Please read every question carefully and answer accurately and honestly. Your consultation form allows our artists to determine whether the service you have booked is appropriate for you on the day. If you have answered YES to any questions relating to active skincare, Botox, fillers, skin medication or chemical services please contact us prior to your appointment so we can advise accordingly.

This part is important — please do not skip it.

Answering incorrectly or failing to disclose relevant information on your consultation form can lead to serious implications including but not limited to skin lifting, adverse reactions, migration of dermal filler and interference with the effectiveness of Botox. These are not outcomes we take lightly, and neither should you. Our consultation process exists entirely to protect you — the more honest you are with us the better we can take care of you.

If you are ever unsure whether something is relevant, please reach out before your appointment. There is no such thing as too much information when it comes to your safety.

Failure to complete your consultation prior to your appointment may result in your service being modified or rescheduled.

Health & Medical Conditions

Your safety is our absolute priority — always. Please notify us at the time of booking of any medical conditions, skin conditions or allergies that may be relevant to your treatment as some services may not be appropriate for you.

If you are currently using any of the following, please disclose this to your artist at every visit:

  • Topical skin medications

  • Active skincare ingredients including Retinol, AHAs, BHAs, Vitamin C, Glycolic Acid or Benzoyl Peroxide

  • Acne medications including Roaccutane, Doxycycline or Tretinoin

  • Any prescription skin treatments or skin thinning medications

Please also notify us if you have had any of the following prior to your appointment:

  • Botox or filler in the last 14 days

  • Facial, chemical peel or skin needling in the last 2 weeks

  • Prolonged sun exposure in the last 7 days

  • Any chemical brow or lash services in the last 8 weeks

We pride ourselves on the integrity of every client's brows and lashes. Clients with severely compromised brows or lashes may be advised to wait before proceeding with chemical services. We will always be upfront and honest with you about this because your long-term results matter to us far more than one appointment.

Our Right To Modify Or Reschedule Your Service

The health and integrity of your brows, lashes and skin will always come before anything else at Brow Lust — no exceptions. While we will always do everything in our power to deliver your booked service on the day, there are circumstances where our artists may need to modify or reschedule your appointment in the interest of your safety and wellbeing.

If at any point during your consultation or appointment our artist identifies any contraindications that may put your skin, brows or lashes at risk — whether disclosed on your consultation form or identified on the day — we reserve the right to:

  • Modify your service to one that is more appropriate and safe for you

  • Postpone or reschedule your appointment to a later date

  • Decline to proceed with the service entirely

This is never a decision we make lightly and it is always made with your best interests at heart. We would rather reschedule your appointment than risk compromising your skin, your lashes or your brows — because your long-term results and safety will always matter more to us than one single appointment.

Please note that in circumstances where a service is modified or rescheduled due to contraindications identified on the day as a result of incomplete or inaccurate disclosure on your consultation form, your deposit may be forfeited. We ask that you are always open and honest with us — we are not here to judge, we are here to take care of you.

Liability

Waxing, tinting, lash lifts, brow lamination and all associated chemical services are professional treatments that involve a degree of skin sensitivity and reaction risk. Reactions and skin responses can occur up to 48 hours following your appointment.

By booking an appointment with Brow Lust and proceeding with any service you acknowledge and accept the following:

  • You have completed your consultation form accurately and honestly

  • You have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, medications and skincare products to your artist

  • You understand that results may vary based on your individual skin type, hair type, health and lifestyle

  • You release Luxxe Bootique Pty Ltd trading as Brow Lust and its staff from any liability arising from waxing, tinting, lash lifting, brow lamination or any other services carried out at the salon where full and accurate disclosure has been provided

We take every precaution to ensure your safety and comfort. If you experience any unexpected reaction following your appointment, please contact us immediately.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & No Shows

We completely understand that life happens — and we will always try to work with you. All we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible so we can do our best to fill your appointment slot and support our artists.

Cancelling or rescheduling more than 24 hours before your appointment: Your deposit will be converted to an in-salon credit to use at your next visit. Easy.

Cancelling or making changes within 24 hours of your appointment: Your deposit will be forfeited. Last minute cancellations directly impact our artists and are very difficult to fill. We appreciate your understanding.

No showing your appointment: Your deposit will be forfeited in full. Repeat no shows will result in your account being blocked from making future bookings with Brow Lust. We really do not want to lose you as a client — please just reach out if something comes up. We promise we are reasonable humans.

Please note:

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment

  • All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances

  • Deposits from cancellations made outside of 24 hours will be held as in-salon credit only — not refunded

  • In-salon credit can be used toward any future service or visit

  • This cancellation terms apply to all bookings including those made using gift vouchers

Respecting Our Artists

Our artists are exceptionally talented humans who show up every single day to give you the best brows and lashes of your life. We ask that you respect their time, their craft and their space.

  • Be on time. Running late impacts everyone and we want your appointment to be everything it should be.

  • Put your phone down. We understand everyone is busy but please avoid talking on your phone during your service. Moving your head or jaw while our artists are working — particularly when chemicals are being used near your eyes — is not only disruptive but potentially dangerous. texts can wait. Your brows cannot.

  • Come makeup free where possible. We completely understand that life is busy — but arriving without makeup around the brow and eye area allows your artist to get straight to work and ensures the best possible result. We appreciate the effort more than you know.

  • Respect treatment time frames. Please ensure you are aware of the recommended time frames between chemical services such as lash lifts and laminations. Our salon prides itself on the integrity of every client's brows and lashes and we will not proceed with any chemical service that may compromise your natural hair. If you are unsure, please check with us before booking.

Pricing

All prices listed on our website, social media and booking platform are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are correct at the time of publishing. Brow Lust reserves the right to update, modify or change pricing at any time without prior notice.

We recommend checking our website or contacting us directly for the most up to date pricing before your appointment. Any pricing discrepancies will always be communicated to you before your service begins — we believe in being upfront and transparent with our clients always.

Booking Responsibility

When booking an appointment with Brow Lust — whether online, via Instagram, over the phone or in salon — it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all booking details are correct including the service selected, date, time and personal contact information.

Brow Lust is not responsible for incorrect bookings made by the client including but not limited to:

  • Booking the wrong service

  • Selecting the incorrect date or time

  • Providing incorrect contact details resulting in missed appointment communications

  • Failing to read service descriptions prior to booking

  • If you are unsure about which service to book, please contact us before confirming your appointment and we will point you in the right direction. We would much rather help you get it right the first time.

Please note that incorrect bookings are still subject to our standard cancellation and deposit policy.

Promotional & Discount Codes

From time-to-time Brow Lust partners and collaborates with individuals and brands to offer exclusive discount codes to their communities. We love a good collab and we love being able to offer something special to new and existing clients through these partnerships.

If you have received a discount code through one of our partnerships or collaborations please note the following conditions:

  • Discount codes are valid for single use only— one code per client per booking

  • Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount

Our Salon Environment

Brow Lust is a space built for everyone — a place to come, breathe, sit down and be taken care of. For many of our clients this appointment is their one moment of self-care and we protect that fiercely.

We ask that all clients and guests are mindful of the shared space and keep noise and disturbances to a minimum during services. Our salon culture is built entirely on positivity, inclusivity and respect — for our clients, our artists and our space.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for aggression, rudeness or abuse of any kind toward our staff or other clients.

Anyone behaving in a manner that is disrespectful or threatening will be asked to leave immediately and will not be permitted to rebook.

We show up for you every single time. We simply ask for the same in return.

Your Brow Consultation & Communicating with your Artist

Your appointment begins with a consultation — and this is your time. Tell your artist everything. What you love about your brows, what you hate, what you have always wanted and what you absolutely do not want. Bring photos. Seriously — our artists love a good inspo pic and it makes the whole process so much easier and more fun for everyone.

If at any point during or after your service, you are not completely happy, please say something. Our artists will never take it personally — they want you to be absolutely obsessed with your brows and they cannot fix what they do not know about. Your happiness is always the goal.

Refunds & Exchanges

Products: Products may be exchanged for another product of equal value, or an in-salon credit may be issued. We do not offer refunds on products.

Services: We do not offer refunds on services that have been completed. If you have any concerns about your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment and we will do everything we can to make it right.

Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable as per our cancellation policy. Eligible deposits will be converted to in-salon credit only.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available for purchase in salon and online via the link in our Instagram bio.

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase

  • Vouchers will not be accepted after the expiry date — no exceptions

  • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash

  • Vouchers cannot be sold or transferred to another person

  • Your voucher must be presented at the time of your appointment

  • All cancellation, rescheduling and no-show policies apply to bookings made using gift vouchers

Complaints

We genuinely hope you never need this section — but if something is not right, we want to know about it. Please reach out to us directly and we will always do our best to resolve any concern promptly and fairly.

Please allow us the opportunity to make things right before escalating elsewhere. We are real humans who genuinely care, and we will always show up for our clients.
