Heads up before your visit: skip the fake tan on your face beforehand and let your artist know if you are using any strong skincare like Retinol or Benzoyl Peroxide.

What Is a Brow Lamination?

Fluffy, full, gorgeous brows without the daily effort? Yes, we do that.

Brow Lamination is a chemical treatment that restructures your brow hairs into a lifted, more uniform position — creating that thick, groomed, full-brow look that everyone is obsessed with right now. Think of it as a perm for your brows but make it chic.

And before you panic — no, you will not be walking out looking like your brows had a run-in with a powerpoint. Our laminations are controlled, intentional and seriously gorgeous. Fluffy and feathered, not frightened.

What Can I Expect When Getting a Lash Lift?

Mascara who? A Lash Lift is about to become your new best friend.

A Lash Lift is a chemical service that lifts and curls your natural lashes from the root, creating a wide-eyed gorgeous result that lasts up to 6-8 weeks. No falsies, no fuss, just your own lashes doing their absolute best work.

We offer two types of Lash Lifts — here is how they differ:

Elleebana Lash Lift A classic, beautifully reliable lift using Elleebana's world-renowned system. Clean, curled and completely elevated. Suited to: Fine to medium lashes wanting a natural lifted curl.

Noemi Korean Lash Lift An innovative technique that lifts the lash directly from the root, emphasising length and drama from the very base. Prioritises lash integrity and health throughout the process. Suited to: Coarse, downward-growing or stubborn lashes wanting a more dramatic root-to-tip lift.

Aftercare — This Part Matters

First 24 hours:

• No water, steam, sweat or tears on the lashes

• No eye makeup or mascara

• No rubbing or touching your lashes

• No sleeping face down

• No oil-based products near the eye area

After 24-48 hours:

• Water based mascara only — ditch the waterproof

• Avoid oil-based cleansers and eye creams

• Brush lashes daily with a clean spoolie

• No lash curlers — your lift has already done that job

For regular clients coming in every 8-10 weeks, consistent aftercare between appointments is everything. Your lashes will thank you for it.

Before your appointment: arrive with clean makeup-free lashes and avoid lash serums for 48 hours prior.

What Is the Difference Between a Tint and a Hybrid Dye?

Both colour your brows — but they are not the same thing, and choosing the right one makes all the difference.

Brow Tint Your reliable no-drama option. Colours the brow hairs for a more defined, groomed look. Your Brow Sculpt comes with a complimentary tint included as standard. How long does it last? Around 3-4 weeks on the hair. Skin staining fades within a few days.

Hybrid Dye This is the one that makes people do a double take in the mirror. Hybrid Dye penetrates deep into the hair follicle and stains the skin beneath your brows — giving you that bold, filled-in powder-brow effect. If a standard tint is a polite suggestion, Hybrid Dye is a statement. How long does it last? Up to 6-8 weeks on the hair and 7-10 days on the skin. Who is it for? Sparse, gappy or light brows, clients who love a filled-in look and anyone who wants to wake up and go.

Results can vary based on skin type and home skincare. Active ingredients like Retinol, AHAs, Glycolic Acid and Benzoyl Peroxide near the brow area can cause colour to fade faster. Avoid active products for 48 hours before and after your appointment and always tell your artist what you are using at home.

Consultations & Things We Need To Know

Your health and safety come before everything else here. Before your appointment you will receive a consultation form straight to your inbox — please complete it before you arrive. This is not optional.

Your appointment may need to be rescheduled if any of the following apply:

• Filler or Botox in the last 14 days

• Vitamin C, Retinol, Retinoids or AHA/BHA products in the last 72 hours

• Skin thinning medications such as Roaccutane, Doxycycline, Tretinoin or Accutane

• Facial, chemical peel or skin needling in the last 2 weeks

• Prolonged sun exposure in the last 7 days

• Currently pregnant or breastfeeding

• Chemical services such as lamination or bleaching on brows within the last 8 weeks

If your brows or lashes are severely compromised, we may recommend holding off on certain chemical services until they have had time to recover. We will always be honest with you about this — your long-term results matter more to us than one appointment.

Not Feeling Chatty? Totally Valid.

Sometimes you just want to come in, get your brows done and exist in peaceful silence. We completely get it. No explanation needed, no awkwardness, no hard feelings.

Simply add a note when booking or let your artist know on the day. We will not be offended, we will not make it weird. We will just get to work and give you the most relaxing quiet brow appointment of your life. You come as you are — that has always been the vibe here.

Things To Know Before You Book

Running Late? Our artists run back-to-back all day. If you are running behind, please call us as soon as you know. We will always do our best, but we cannot guarantee your full appointment time if you arrive late.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling more than 24 hours before your appointment?

Your deposit converts to an in-salon credit. Easy.

Cancelling within 24 hours? Your deposit will be forfeited.

Last minute gaps are hard to fill and directly impact our artists.

No showing your appointment? Your deposit is forfeited in full. Repeat no shows will result in being blocked from future bookings. Please just reach out if something comes up — we promise we are reasonable humans.

• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances

• Cancellations outside 24 hours will be held as in-salon credit only

• In-salon credit can be used toward any future service or visit

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking across all methods. Booking over the phone? You will have 30 minutes to pay your deposit via the link we send you — after that your spot is released.

Bringing Your Little One Along?

Mum or dad — you are doing amazing and we see you. Come on in, tiny humans and all.

Please ensure your child is with you in the treatment room at all times or buckled into their pram beside you. Our artists will be fully focused on their client and will not be able to watch over little ones during your visit. Pack the snacks, load up the iPad, bring whatever keeps them happy — we are a judgement free zone. We just want everyone to be safe and comfortable.

Want To Bring Your Fur Baby Along?

We are dog people — obsessed with them almost as much as we are with brows. Almost.

We welcome puppy visits but because we sometimes have our own pups in the salon we have a one dog at a time policy. Just give us a call or text before you book to confirm we can accommodate your furry plus one.

Is There Parking Available?

Yes, and it does not get much easier than this. We have our own assigned Brow Lust parking spots — just look for our name and pull in. Street parking is also available nearby.

Do You Have Gift Vouchers?

Yes, and honestly, they are the best gift you could give someone. Purchase in salon or via the link in our Instagram bio. Easy, thoughtful and guaranteed to make someone's day.

Do You Offer Group Bookings or Hen's Party Packages?

Yes, we do and what a way to celebrate. Reach out directly and we will take care of all the details. There is no better way to kick off a celebration than with fresh brows and your favourite people.

Do You Do Allergy Patch Tests?

We do and for first time clients we highly recommend it. Simply get in touch before your appointment and we will get your patch test sorted so you are ready to go on the day with zero worries. Better safe than sorry — and better brows because of it.

My Brows Are Over Plucked or Sparse — Can You Still Help Me?

Absolutely yes — and we are so ready for this journey together. It may take a couple of appointments to get you to your dream result, but we promise you will be obsessed with your brows every step of the way. The glow up is coming. Trust the process and trust us.

How Often Should I Come In for a Brow Sculpt?

Every 4-6 weeks is the sweet spot for most clients. Leave it too long and those sneaky stray hairs start taking over. Your artist will always give you a personalised recommendation based on your brows specifically.

Can I Come in If I Have Microblading or Tattooed Brows?

Yes — and just to clear something up. Tattooed brows still need maintenance. Hair still grows and tattoos still fade. We see tattooed brow clients all the time and love working with them. Hybrid Dye works beautifully alongside existing tattoo work and yes — you can absolutely get a Lamination too. Come see us. We promise we will change your mind and your brows.

How Do I Maintain My Brows Between Appointments?

Great brows do not happen by accident. Want to keep that fresh out of the salon look between Sculpts? Book a standalone Hybrid Dye to keep your colour sharp without the full wax. Lamination clients — your artist will chat to you about booking a Signature Sculpt between appointments. Aftercare is everything between chemical services so keep those brows hydrated and nourished at home. Your artist will guide you on exactly what to use.

How Do I Know Which Brow Shape Suits My Face?

This is literally what we are here for. Do not stress about walking in knowing exactly what you want — that is our job not yours. Your artist will map your brows to your face shape, hand you a mirror for approval and have a real conversation about what you want to walk out with. No trends. No cookie cutter shapes. Just your perfect brow. Think of your artist as your brow therapist. We listen, we map, we deliver.

Can I Wear Mascara After a Lash Lift?

Technically yes — but after one of our Lash Lifts you probably will not even want to. Keep all eye makeup away from your lashes for 48 hours post appointment. After that stick to a water-based formula and ditch the waterproof mascara. Your lashes will thank you for it.

My Lashes Are Really Short — Am I Still a Candidate for a Lash Lift?

Almost always yes. You would be amazed at how many clients come in convinced their lashes are too short and leave completely shocked by their results. Do not count yourself out — book in and let your artist assess in person. The results might just surprise you.

Can I Get a Brow Service If I Have Sensitive Skin?

Absolutely. We recommend our Lust Signature Sculpt Pluck Only service which skips the waxing entirely and focuses on precision tweezing only. Same great result, much gentler on the skin. Just let your artist know before your appointment and we will tailor everything to keep you comfortable throughout.

Can't Find an Available Appointment?
